Kypri is a village very close to Gavrio, the main port of the island, and has a population of 31 inhabitants. It takes its name from the picturesque chapel of Agios Kyprianos, which in recent years has become a very popular choice for weddings and baptisms, both for the residents of Andros and people from other parts of Greece. Kypri is 3 km away from Gavrio, 4 km from Batsi, and 28 km from Chora.
Gavrio is full of restaurants, cafes, and beautiful bars which will give you wonderful moments and unforgettable vacations. Also, Gavrio is usually the central point where many excursions start for unique destinations in Andros. To the south of the very beautiful harbor and Kypri, you will find golden sandy beaches. Very close to the accommodation is also the Monastery of Zoodochos Pigi, the magnificent monastery that also hides a fantastic legend behind it.
